About ATI Merchandising

 

 

Since the company was founded in 1988, our reason for establishing ATI was to create simplified, merchandising solutions that save time and money. 

Our executive team has more than 100 collective years of retail merchandising experience.  With long-term diverse careers in the grocery industry, we had the chance to see a lot of opportunities that weren't currently being met in the marketplace, so we decided to design solutions.

When we started the company, our first product was an aluminum rack that would prevent spillage and mess in any cooler system.  From there we continued to build shelf liner’s, aluminum dunnage racks, beverage sliders and more.   And as the industry changed and grew, we grew with it.

In 2008, after years of supplying Kroger with our custom solutions the retailer, Fred Meyer, came to us out of frustration from stocking the toughest department in the store, yogurt.  As the highest volume category in sales, they could see the money being wasted over labor time, shrink and spoillage.   As a consumer, we saw the need for better organization and easier accessibility to the products we wanted.  That’s when SpeedStocker™ was created.  

We have since continued to expand SpeedStocker™ to go beyond just yogurt.  We have developed it into a merchandising solution for all areas of grocery; ice cream, cottage cheese, canned goods, bottles and more.  In keeping with the values of why we founded our company in the first place, to meet unmet needs, we have kept a nimbleness to our company that allows us to continue to build custom solutions, but a robust manufacturing platform that allows us to build and ship in volume.  Our team, with expertise in grocery, merchandising, manufacturing, and product development, are well equipped to develop and implement whatever merchandising solution you need.
